- How do I pay for my item(s)? All transactions are in NZ DOLLARS (NZD) and all payments are made through the PAYPAL business processing (for its' security and privacy). For buyers from overseas, 'outside New Zealand' - your bank can help with the exchange rate if need, to determine the correct final cost.

How is my order sent? Once payment is received and the funds cleared, we will contact you by EMAIL to inform/confirm the dispatch of order - 'Within NZ' by nz couriers......'Outside NZ' by international airmail.

How safe is it to buy from here? Your security in this transaction is of primary importance, as we seek to build on happy buyers. So the personal information that you provide is kept confidential with us.

How long does my order take to arrive? For NZ, expect 4 days after payment. And overseas orders, from 7 to 14 days (depending on where).

Any extra costs for item and delivery? All prices are in NZ DOLLARS (NZD) and are 'inclusive' of' Goods and Services Tax (GST) - So the final / total cost of item purchase is the displayed price, plus freight charges (see below).

What are the FREIGHT charges? FOR New Zealand, add $5-00 NZD (by nz couriers - email us for 'tracker number' if need) - the courier will require a signature, otherwise please provide alternative delivery address, or pickup at courier office. NOTE delivery and loss is at buyer's own risk, once payment has been made to us....... FOR overseas buyers, add $10-00 NZD (by air international) - if you wish to pay extra for 'international courier' to track your delivery, then email us to find out the cost. ALSO overseas buyers will be responsible for any customs duty, taxes, or other charges to complete the delivery. (FINAL note for multiple orders, you will be emailed if need to clarify freight costs).

How do I KNOW my tee-shirt size? The fitted cut of our tee is 'snug-but-loosish' and when washed, there will be minimal shrinkage of 5% or less. SIZE from a few of your own favourite or fitted tees; but be aware that our 'width' measurements are approximate - done with the tees lying flat, and in cm's across 'chest' under armpits. FOR a general guide, the most requested sizes are - for 'women' 12 and 14, and for 'men' medium and large..... WOMEN'S size 10 has chest-width 42 cm / size 12 (43.5 cm) / size 14 (45 cm)...... MEN'S small has chest-width 49 cm / medium (53 cm) / large (55 cm)...... NOTE choose your item carefully; and if unsure, go for next size up - also be aware product colours on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual finished item. (AND any purchase issues are managed 'at our discretion')

Why is my chosen item/size not available, or possibly out of stock? MOZe products are kept exclusive, by having limited runs and releases . However we will keep viewers to our online store informed of upcoming new designs and reissues. There are no kids tees available at this stage of the brand development. You are welcome to CONTACT us by email, to reinforce buyers' demands for a particular product release.

Why has the cost of some products changed since my purchase? We reserve the right to make cost changes over time without notice. But any item purchased must accepted at the price displayed 'at that time'.

How do I best care for my MOZe tee? To enjoy the super comfort of this tee blend of 95% cotton and 5% spandex - it is best to turn inside out, cold wash only, line dry (and if need 'warm iron', away from print) - DO read the care label !

What if I don't like what I've paid for? We are happy to accept returns if done so 'within 14 days' of receiving - Note item must be in unused condition, and in original packaging; and returned with the 'proof of purchase' receipt. (SEE below, returns and refunds policies : 'first contact us by email')

What about my privacy? Your personal information will be kept confidential with us. We do our best to offer a secure online service, however we cannot provide 100% guarantee.

What is your returns and refunds policies? Under the NZ Consumers' Guarantees Act 1993, any purchase issues are managed "at our discretion". ALSO exchanges are happily accepted if the wrong order or size is received - subject to stock availability. FIRST contact us by email, to inform us of your concerns. Any refund payment will be credited back to your account. (NOTE you must pay for freight costs, and returns-by-courier is strongly recommended - as we take 'no responsibility' for returns that go missing or become damaged)
